Damaged/Defective Items: If an item is received and is damaged or defective please contact support@shiticoolers.com immediately with a description of the issue and any photos of the damaged/defective items. 

1 Year Warranty Policy (Coolers Only): If you ever experience a product defect within one year of purchase, we cover all factory defects and will replace your cooler for free! Please email us a photo of your defective cooler to support@shiticoolers.com. 

30 Day Return Policy (Any & All Items): If you don't love your purchase, you can return or exchange within the first 30 days. Returns result in a full refund. Please email us a photo of your defective product to support@shiticoolers.com. 

Outside the 30-Day Returns Policy for Coolers Only, any attempts of a Cooler Refund without the cause of a Manufacturing defeat results in the Customer responsible for the Shipping Return Label Payment & a $24.99 Restocking Fee deducted from Refund Amount after Return Process steps are completed. Photos of Cooler will still be required during submission for evaluation to support@shiticoolers.com.
